Consultation
Our project managers will come to you and get and overview of the work you are looking to have our team complete.
Scope of Work
During the consultation you will discuss with a project manager the possibilities for the space you want remodeled /renovated. Our team wants to make your ideas a reality.
Proposal/Approval
There is a 1-2 day turn around. Once you receive the proposal all you have to do is approve it, there is a 1-2 week lead time after approval is received.
Rehab
The average rehab can take 30 days or more.
Final Walk Through
Work is all complete, one last step: final walk through with project manager to insure everything was completed.
